I'm not trying to be a jerk vegetarian. I don't care if others eat meat. In fact, I cook meat for my family. I have not had meat in over 8 years. Bella Roma put sausage in my calzone. I know mistakes happen. However, when I called the guy on the phone, he said "It says sausage on your ticket." I had to argue with him that the order taker wrote it down wrong. That I am a vegetarian and would never in a million years accidentally order sausage. I felt like he was accusing me of pulling some scam to get a $6 calzone. The sausage made me physically ill. When you haven't had meat in a long time, your tummy is not very happy. He tried to send a replacement calzone. I am leaving on a business trip tomorrow, so it won't keep in my fridge, and to be honest, my stomach is too upset to eat anything. He said all he could do give me a $4 credit. Since I moved to the area I have ordered from Bella Roma almost every weekend for two months. I was astounded that they refused to fully refund the calzone. This isn't about messing up an order or being a vegetarian. It is about common customer service. That's fine. I will pay the $6 for the calzone they messed up. They just won't be getting my weekly business anymore.

Went here with my friend while visiting Orlando area. The mozzarella sticks are simply amazing and the cheesesteak pizza was one of the best pizzas I ever had... I usually don't deviate from the normal pizza toppings, but I'm glad I did this time. It's been 6 hours since and I'm still raving about the food there - I'm about to drive a few hours this weekend to visit again.

Stopped in here after a round of golf with some friends. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is only one-4 person table in the joint, but they had no problems with us siting there while we waited for our food. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, they were very tasty, as well as a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. The pizza was fantastic. I would highly recommend this pizza parlor.

Vegetarians BEWARE! Ordered a spinach and cheese calzone for delivery. Had eaten half of the calzone when I tasted sausage. Called the location and simply told them what had happened. I had ordered a pizza and pie along with the calzone. Wanted a credit back for ONLY the calzone even though I was very nauseous after ingesting meat. Was told there was nothing they could do and they were SORRY about the mistake. Then he reviewed my order and told me that I actually had ordered the meat calzone. I haven't eaten meat in 8 years and know I didn't order it with meat. I told him that they must've misunderstood me. Still wouldn't credit my account. When asked to speak to a manager I was told they were too busy. If I had asked for a full refund I MIGHT understand the weariness, but for only a partial refund this is outrageous. Will never order from there again. Its unfortunate because the food wasn't bad.

This place is awesome, it's a little bit pricy, but the servings are huge and the food is true quality. Expect to be consumed by all the flavors and portions! It's a must visit for any Italian food lover! We had the calamari platter, the meatballs and eggplant parmigiana. That was really a treat! The food lasted for four complete meals between us! Value for money--yes!! Service--great! Cost--$$ Taste--awesome! Do it again--definitely!

This pizza is awesome! We moved here a year ago and have been missing papa johns not delivering to our area. We recently stumbled upon bella roma and haven't looked back. This pizza is packed with flavor and toppings. You won't be disappointed.

Had this pizza delivered. The service was really fast and the delivery guy was very nice and very friendly. The pizza was really good too. I got the potato and bacon pizza which j thought was good. It had a very strong bacon taste which was good for me. All in all it was good. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent thin crust pizza. Fresh ingredients and smokin' hot out of the oven. Love it!

  • Carrie S.

Heard that this was a great place so we decided to order and have it delivered. We were told 30 to 45 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half we called to find out when our pizza would be there and we were told "it's out for delivery but I don't know when it will be there because I don't know which driver has it." So we waiting 30 more minutes we decided to cancel because we had to feed our kids and this was ridiculous. The the driver decided to call my husband and yell and cuss at him because he "had to pay for the pizza" and that people like us don't deserve his food. I will never go back to a place like that.

The best pizza is Osceola County hands down. I highly recommend the Bianca with slice tomatoes and basil pizza it's just awesome.

Been to Naples Italy, so I can't give to many pizza places 5 stars in America. But for a NY style pizza in Saint Cloud, by far this place has one of the best pizzas in town. I got and eggplant, artichoke and spinach a few weeks ago and my family devoured it. We don't eat pizza often, although when we do, Bella Roma Pizza is were we order.

Best pizza in Orlando/Kissimmee/ST cloud. .. inconsistent at times but for the most part 8.5/10...

  • Deanna M.

Rant: Bella Roma Pizza. Be careful. Don't complain your order is cold. They will not do anything about it. Delivery was late and cold. Would not resend another order. Will never recommend them to anyone. Even have to dispute charge on card. Very unprofessional.

WOW !!!!!!! I just ordered from this place and being a New York transplant moving down here seeing every other restaurant use the term " New York Style Pizza " and then when u eat it it's anything but.... Well I'm here to tell you folks this place is the real deal... I haven't had pizza this good since I've lived in New York ... I would describe the experience but words can not express the flavor in everything from the sauce ... to the crust.. to the toppings... I would give it 10 stars if I could... For all my fellow pizza junkies do not pass this one up... Simply put ... "Excellent". P.S.- Broadway Pizza you better lookout because this place is a grand slam and if it comes to the ucf area your in big trouble.... Just saying.

  • John H.

Pizza is amazing. Best I have found in Osceola county, especially since the amazing Pizza City was sold. Sandwiches are only okay though. The bread is terrible even though they have signs all over the place talking about how they make their own bread. If it's not good don't brag about it guys. Also I tried to stop there one day at around 1pm and the door was locked?!? Could be 5 stars if not for the bragging about mediocre bread and the mysterious closer.

Finally a pizza place that does it right. The Sicilian style deep dish (square) was delicious. Definitely a return customer. Not that many options in St. Cloud and this one rises to the top. No more chain places for us.

Best new york style pizza in fl. There are several pizeria in saint cloude but I allways come here. This is the best pizza.

Excellent pizza - I'm from the tri state area and it is so hard to find quality pizza in the south. I can safely say that the pizza here is fantastic - friendly people and great food. Reasonably priced as well, what more could you ask for?

Great pizza ... Dinners subs & wings are great too. Try the Philly cheesesteak , wings, veal & lasagna

  • Ryan D.

If you live in Narcoossee or Harmony, this is the really good pizza that is conveniently located (in the Winn Dixie shopping center). Their garlic knots are really good as well.

    Best pizza in central Florida!

  • Clara S.

I had a slice of cheese from here and it was awesome. It was huge and flavorful. Definitely a foldable pizza. Definitely a place for take out!

  • Carmen P.

Best pizza in central Florida and good wings! I'm not a pasta fan so I can't say anything about that.

    (5)
  • Robert D.

They may have great pizza but that where it stops. Ordered chicken Marsala and penne ala vodka, both we're flavorless and basically horrible. Don't waste your time or money here, I will never go back!!!!

  • Christi O.

Good NY style pizza, but they should deliver to a wider area and open for lunch. What pizza place isn't open for lunch? That's crazy! Bella Roma doesn't open until 4pm, so there's a good portion of the day where I can't order from them. Also, when I asked for light sauce, I got the regular amount. I think that they are trying to do things fast instead of perfectly. There's a happy medium.

    (4)
  • Ron V.

I have tried alot of pizza places in central fl. In my humble opinion the true test of a pizza place is does the plain cheese pizza stand up on its own. Anyone can top some bread dough with sauce and hide a bad pizza with tons of toppings. This pizza tastes good even with out toppings. Topped or just cheesed bella roma is the best you'll find. They were nominated for the best pizza in central Florida by WESH 2 , CW 18. They should have won.

  • Jen S.

I have yet to find a pizza in Florida that compares to pizza in Ohio, but Bella Roma is the best yet in Saint Cloud. Great taste, the crust is awesome. Their fried ravioli are absolutely killer!! I recommend to all looking to find a tasty dinner for a great price!

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
